Tap the plants everyone at your table tasted today and watch each new one become a card in a shared collection.
Project Food turns the plants your household eats into a card collection, so trying something new feels like a small win. After a meal you tap what everyone tasted. Each new plant becomes a card with its own 3D clay picture, a fact for the table and a tip for the cook. Taste it again and the card levels up. The collection only grows; nothing ever resets. Who it is for: parents who want more variety at the table, and adults who count towards 30 different plants a week for themselves. Most children need 8 to 15 tastes of a new food before they accept it, sometimes more (AAP, 2018). Project Food makes every one of those tastes count, a lick included. How it works: - Over 200 fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains and ferments, each a card - One phone, one account: add the people you eat with (a first name and a colour), tap to log for yourself, hold to choose who tasted it - Achievements such as Explorer, Rainbow and Full table, in bronze, silver, gold and platinum - A weekly goal you set yourself, with Home showing what is still open per category - One reminder at your dinner time asking what you tasted; nothing else unless you switch it on What makes it different: it rewards the taste, not the empty plate. There is no streak to lose, no score to fail and no ads. Delete everything with one tap. Available on Android in English, Dutch and Italian, with German and French on the way.
