Chinese social media data for AI agents: one API and a remote MCP server
Qovia is a paid, hosted API and remote MCP server that gives developers and AI agents one key for Chinese social media data. 100+ endpoints across 20+ platforms return posts, comments, creator profiles, hot lists and search results in the same response envelope; posts, notes and videos share one record shape. Platforms: Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Bilibili, Weibo, Kuaishou, Zhihu, Toutiao, WeChat, Baidu Tieba, Taobao/Tmall and JD.com reviews, Fliggy hotels, creator marketplaces (Douyin Xingtu, Xiaohongshu Pugongying, Kuaishou Cili Juxing, Bilibili Huahuo), plus TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X and Reddit. One cross-platform search covers about 10 kinds of Chinese public sources, filtered by date, platform and sentiment. The MCP server (Streamable HTTP, Bearer API key) works with Claude, Cursor and VS Code; browsing the endpoint catalog needs no key. Billing is prepaid and only for calls that return data; empty results and errors are not charged. New accounts get 50 trial calls.
