Map any deep folder to a drive letter and keep it across restarts, from a small graphical manager for Windows subst.
ScsSubst is a small Windows utility for mapping folders to drive letters. Instead of typing subst commands and losing them at every restart, you add a folder, pick a letter, and let ScsSubst rebuild the mapping when you sign in. It also lists the mappings you already have, which makes it easy to keep a small set of working directories visible at all times. Because subst mappings are session-scoped, ScsSubst also reminds you that services and scheduled tasks running as SYSTEM do not see those drive letters - for those cases write the real path or use a symbolic link (mklink /D) instead.
