Teleprompter by Postcrows

Teleprompter puts your script right at the camera lens, so you hold eye contact with your viewers instead of glancing down at notes. The text runs edge to edge across the whole screen rather than in a cramped box, which means bigger words, fewer scroll jumps, and a script you can still read at arm's length. Who it is for: YouTubers, TikTok and Reels creators, podcasters, course builders, and anyone who has ever lost their place halfway through a take. How it works: paste or type a script, set the scroll speed to your natural talking pace, and hit record. The script scrolls while the camera rolls, and speed, text size and column width all adjust live, mid-take, without stopping the recording. Recordings save straight to your gallery in up to 4K, and no recording ever carries a watermark on any plan. Two modes. Record video captures your take as the script scrolls. Prompter only turns the app into a pure autocue beside a DSLR, webcam or second phone, with mirror and flip for beam-splitter teleprompter glass. Write on your laptop, read on your phone. A free browser prompter at postcrows.com/teleprompter means you can paste a long script where typing is comfortable, sign in on both devices, and it is waiting on the handset by the time you pick it up. Without signing in, everything stays on the device. Also included: a script library you can save and reuse, six themes, serif, sans and mono typefaces, custom text and background colours, a reading guide line, a countdown before scrolling, and a screen that stays awake while you read. It works offline, with no account required. Pricing: the browser teleprompter is free with no account. The app is free to download and your first recording is free. Teleprompter Pro unlocks unlimited recording and AI script writing, billed monthly or yearly, each starting with a 3-day free trial.
