under5dollars is a small collection of tools made by one developer. All of them are free. - CCPrune (Mac): cuts long Claude Code chats in half before you resume. It removes only what Claude no longer needs, keeps your recent work, decisions and open issues word for word, and shows the estimated cost first. Every prune can be undone. - Usage HUD: an open-source (MIT) Claude Code plugin that shows plan usage, context, cache and estimated cost right above your prompt. - Buddy: set up your own AI assistant on the Mac or Windows computer you already have, using free AI models, and control it from your phone over WhatsApp or Telegram. - iLoveAudioVideo: transcribe audio and video, make subtitles, and compress, convert or trim videos in your browser.
